Reflection & Personal Development
To make the biggest impact in your life from our time together, I'll be asking you some hard questions. Part of coaching is using me as your mirror to understand yourself better, and ultimately grow out of that newfound awareness. This step is an opportunity to tune inwards.
Life Audit
This initial session together takes 90 minutes because we have work to do! Here we break down your level of satisfaction in the different areas of your life. We work together to determine the highest priority area, and, you guessed it, this is where we start. Don't stress - if you're one of those people who already knows exactly where they need to make a change, we can skip this step and spend more time where you need it. Remember, all this work is for you.
Re-orient
As we journey together through this process, clients tend to experience shifts in their perspective. Whether they're big or small shifts, we have to consistently adjust to these changes, check-in, and ensure we're still headed in the direction we truly want to go.
Goal Setting & Action Plan
After we've determined where you are in your journey, we need to look at where you want to go. I generally use the s.m.a.r.t. goal setting framework. I'll help you break down your bigger dreams into actionable steps that meet you where you are.
