This 1:1 setting lets me customize the experience to you. I look at things like where you currently are in your practice, what you want out of our time together, what elements of yoga interest you, and your larger yoga goals. I work with where you are now, and together we make a plan that gets you closer to where you want to be.

Regardless if you're a beginner starting out or or an experienced practitioner, my teaching style always values safety first. I want you to leave feeling better than when you came in the door. And I want you to feel better for years to come. This means I apply a methodical perspective to yoga, taking each posture step-by-step. I will help you bring awareness, strength, and mobility to the areas of your body that are asking for attention, and we will ensure safe alignment before progressing to the next stage of the posture.

Types of Private Yoga

Yoga for Body Maintenance 

Body Maintenance Yoga is particularly useful for beginners to yoga, people who are healing from an injury, or those experiencing pain. 

​

You can expect functional practices that gradually ease pain, and bring awareness to habitual movements.
